Cara Mengatasi Kode Kesalahan BBR00Q2 BRI User ID Terblokir
1. Menggunakan Fitur Lupa Password
- Masih di dalam situs iBankin BRI, klik pada Lupa Password Anda.
- Baca syarat dan ketentuan, kemudian klik Kirim.
- Masukkan data yang diminta, seperti Nomor Kartu ATM, User ID, dan Alamat Email.
- Kemudian masukkan kode validasi, dan klik tombol Kirim untuk melanjutkan.
- Cek Email, lalu silahkan buka pesan email yang dikirim oleh Bank BRI.
- Klik link reset pada pesan tersebut, anda akan dibawa menuju halaman pembuatan password baru.
- Anda juga akan menerima SMS dari Bank BRI yang berisi token untuk reset password (biaya SMS dibebankan kepada penerima, pastikan nomor hp anda ada pulsanya).
- Selanjutnya anda akan diminta untuk membuat password iBanking BRI baru.
- Pastikan buat password yang susah diketahui orang lain.
- Selanjutnya klik tombol Kirim untuk menyimpan.
- Selesai, anda bisa mencobanya dengan login kembali ke akun iBanking BRI anda.

2. Menghubungi Customer Service BRI
Anda juga bisa menghubungi Customer Service bank BRI untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Caranya adalah dengan telepon 14017, ikuti langkah-langkahnya dan utarakan masalah anda.
Tunggu proses sampai selesai, setelah itu coba login kembali ke akun iBanking BRI anda.
3. Datang ke Kantor BRI
Yang terakhir, anda bisa datang langsung ke kantor BRI terdekat di kota anda. Jangan lupa bawa buku tabungan, dan surat-surat lainnya. Hal ini bertujuan agar anda tidak disuruh bolak-balik jika ada sesuatu hal yang kurang.
Pastikan anda hafal username dan password internet banking bri anda. Selanjutnya di customer service, utarakan masalah anda tentang error kode BBR00Q2, maka CS akan segera memperbaiki kesalahan tersebut. Selesai.
